Anyways, I don't want to be mean, but what the fuck, since when tryouts are 1vs1, this is so 2006 or smthing.. 1vs1 doesn't show a thing. You gotta test a person in a clanwar, maybe 2-3? you can see if has a teamplay, brain, can he handle 1vX situations etc, does he report/socialze, etc.
just a tip.
