make some kinda forced date today 21h for instance.
U can't say who tried more. U don't have msn'logs of people trying to arrange stuff.
Just tell them a time and a server, see who has 5 people in the server at the given time. If neither of them can get 5 people in the server at the given time, both are kicked and u play the final?

We've waited 4 weeks for 3 matches to be played, and it's even only 3on3.
We can keep waiting untill all matches are played but by that time half of the players who signed up stopped playing sof, are on vacation, are on break, don't wanne play anymore,...
