watch my picture 30 min in a row and no fps lag anymore

Try to check for ur computer temperature when you "played" sof, download some program for it or whatever.. also the voltages etc to see if they're correct, could be ur powersupply

yea I could try doing that eventhough its a pretty new computer so I doubt its the powersupply.. its like i play for 5 minutes and i lag for 5 minutes, drops from 160fps down to 15-16 fps. After 5 mins it will be back to normal, but then again after 5 mins it starts laggin again.. pretty weird

Hmm ziet eruit als een ram geheugen probleem terwijl je 4x sof hoort te kunnen draaien met je ram geheugen.

Als je een power probleem hebt valt je pc uit.. zelfde geld voor temperatuur.. dan valt die gewoon uit als je probleem daar ligt.

HET logische voor mij lijkt een virus.. die soms heel veel cpu gebruikt van je pc zodat die behoorlijk langzaam ga lope waardoor dus je FPS behoorlijk fokop gaat worden
of je hebt ene progamma lopen die veel met internet connect/updates w/e een progamma die je beter niet kan laten lopen tijdens t game

heb je een goede virusscanner ga dan is goed scannen, avg ook de gratis editie is imo de beste gl


als je pc ook zonder sof soms heel traag gaat lopen lijkt me dit toch je probleem
edit: na nog is lezen heb je volgens mij echt een virus, ga dus SCANNEN met AVG,
hitman pro 2 ook gratis maar wel met risico tot je PC maar toch raad ik die aan

to keep it english .. I got AVG and i do daily scans.. my computer is clean. I also got the Cleaner (special trojan scanner), which finds nothing.. so doubt its a virus.. the overheating part might be so eventhough my computer is out in the open and not standing in my desk or anything and its doesnt feel like its overheating coz ive had that problem with my last computer.

Edit: Could it be possible I fucked up my graphic settings or something? I mean the Nvidia settings.. ive changed some settings in the nvidia profile part, cant remember if I was laggin when it was default. ill try that.. i guess

Ye could be.. maybe reset you're video settings to default, and start sof with no cfg, so it makes a cfg by defealt.. ofc change connection to T1 or smthg to not lagg and check if you're still having fps drops.

ok so resetting my nvidia settings didnt work.. seems to be a bigger problem. I have this problem since i installed newest drivers.. but then again old drivers give me bluescreens and crash my fp.. so im lost.. help?!

is there any chance u got "cool n quiet" option enabled on ur BIOS (should be somewhere at processor settings)
also is ur "physX configuration" enabled or disabled on nvidia control panel

playing around with these two things caused me the same some time ago

ok so somehow it didnt save the default settings, testing that again now.. if that doesnt work ill look up what u said fleim.. eventho i cant find physX anywhere.

so for now i went back to my old drivers, eventho it makes me lag a bit.. but anything better than how i was playing.

i also had fps drops to 50-60 because of my virusscanner, he regularly started scanning and my fps dropped. I only needed to pauze the scans and it was over :$

@evant .. not my virusscanner.. its scheduled for daily scans @ 3am.. doesnt do anything random besides that.

@fleim.. I only see the first 2 options u see there @ 3D settings.. Set PhysX configuration isnt there :/

edit: i didnt use the AA settings or the part rocket was talkin about in step 5 of his nice explenation. any help would be appreciated coz im sick of this lag :@
