They didn't request a demo from a particular player, they requested 3 random demo's
so if they don't send it the punishment would be an unsent to 3 random players

the 'real' reason why the request is invalid is cuz i didnt put the players names in the original first post of the topic

ok so you didn't specified which demos you wanted, but when you were asked which ones you wanted,you posted the names. you could easily edit your first post,with the players names you wanted. It's not like your asking for X demo in the first post and after u ask for the Y demo. Well that's my interpretation.

And it's not a made up/false rule, it was posted 10months ago.

But theres still the fact that they did not request a record, and are not allowed to do so anymore.
Neither did i allow AKA NA to request a record from the same match because it was after 48 hours.

That's why it was closed.
