i used to fps lag with mt but i fixed it like that : ended explorer.exe process, end ati2evx.exe or smth and set sof2fp.exe as above normal(setting high caused even worse lag). but it aint working with fp anymore, i get fps lag quite often, goes under 10 for a short time.

obviously, i had the same prob with old grpahic card too. it's because of my crappy cpu, just asking is there an alternative way than buying new cpu

I just did with my old computer this.
Processes -> fp -> set priority small
