There are some cool offers in which you get; 1week on Nile(with all with seeing all temples and shit like that) + 1week in Hurgahada just laying on the beach haveing fun stuff. Imo best thing is to get a mix trip like i did, so u can enjoy everything, though i didnt see the pyramids as well, cause i started the Nile cruise in Karnak. If you start it in Cairo it last sth like 2weeks if you want to go all way down to Aswan(coz most fun temples from Karnak to the south.) I hope this helps
