also this one time, i just remembered
some of the belg friends told me to give me 2g of weed for free if i kissed with this polak his sister in front of him
but after all i was too scared because he was with us when we made the bet and he promised me he would kill me if i touched his little sister (polak= gangsta forreal lol)
thats his sis hahaha
dont pay attention to my nose still jacked up from a fight i had with my ex her boyfriend when he found out she cheated on him with me

fastcolt is doing a good job, keep it up mate. I'm also trying to get my sixpack back after a summer of drinking, eating pizzas, etc
After 1 week now:
Still got a lot of work to do, need to pick up cardio again etc, will post updates soon
Reckon what. Your fat% is already pretty low, as i see uve got no psychical strenght on your lower body. According to your fat% already on that picture
