First off Varimr you are the same type, I saw u bragg alot in diff topics but u ended up posting a chubby picture (the one with the kebab). As far as training calves goes, neither one of u pushes 100. And why train legs? Because you will generally grow faster if you train your body in balance + u look stupid having an upperbody and toothpick legs.
that would look stupid but I dont have toothpick legs
and my chubby picture, was 80 kg with body fat around 11%. there was 45 celcius at turkey had to drink enormous amounts of water, cuz I also drinked 24/7 alcohol there
