Not really. If you train stable and take protein you might get 6kg of musclemass maybe with a year. Musclemass doesn't come really that quick.3 times a week at gym and take proteins, it wont take long

Whey is one of many proteins. Whey is just the protein in milk products.WTF Genetic miracle! I got 9 kg 6 months, but lost 3 kg last week because of illness >;8 And "proteins" which is whey I guess, won't do miracles, it's just a fast source of proteins for you. It should just be post-workout or a snack. Don't let it be a meal. You won't gain 1 kg more in a month because you're taking whey and it's pretty expensive.
