Also a good advice to all clans, use 2 referee's in your matches to avoid bad choices from 1 ref, lag outs, or he has to go or something... would be better to use 2 refs then.

Does referee(s) must have rcon? I mean if referee are in spec and looking for fair game, i mean he has admin to pause and gr and stuff, but is rcon needed? i dont think so, (hss war arranging raggy told make sure to give referee(s) rcon so i ask about it) main thing is fair game, admin is good enough to keep the game under control, atleast i think so

Ref should have rcon and change it for the time of the game - so only he knows it.
It is needed.

Hmm, is rcon really necessary? What would they use it for? They only need admin to cm, mr, pause, lock/unlock, kick uninvited specs, mute specs... the only thing rcon needs to do is to set a password.

I think the only person in the server with sadmin should be the referee. So in order to make sure he's the only one he should have rcon. The referee can also do gametype_restart and can ban people if needed (with admin). So yes, the referee should have rcon. This doesn't mean others can't have it, but they may not use it.

Nevermind, I agree with you others, the only person to have rcon are the Referee's, they can change it temporarily and after the match change it back.

+ it's just better if ref has admin on some other server
and use it instead of using server of the clan that is playin the match.

If it's possible to make a admin command like !@fs that does the same like rcon, the problem is basicly solved right? No rcons are needed anymore. Maybe we should talk 2 shifty & max about this suggestions? Not hard 2 make I think.

i rlly hope that wars will be played only on 2k3 servers. No offence to other server's owners but i lagged as hell on i3d today for example and i feel like it's way diff to play there ;/ i'm sure that it's not only me feeling like that. Another thing is that on i3d.net u can spec other team when u got an admin which is kinda unfair

You can only play on 2k3servers because other servers dont have !cm atleast i think so..
