Since the release of Soldier Of Fortune II in May, 2002. There hasn't been an anti-cheat available for version 1.00. This caused players to whine and ban people during clan wars for hacks. Reason most likely to be banned for is "2know", whatever the fuck that means. In early 2009, rumors started appearing around the SOF2 1.00 community that somebody was developing an anti-cheat. Everyone thought this was a great idea, seeing as the game had been out since the 17th century and nobody gave a fuck about it. All of the 16 players left on SOF2 1.00 cheered and supported the Hitler like figure who was developing this anti-cheat. When the anti-cheat was finally released, it was the biggest fucking failure in the history of video gaming. It was so humiliating that Michael Jackson died a few weeks later. The name of this anti-cheat was called "Mousetrap". It had been coded by some four eyed geek virgin who couldn't even code a fucking keygen.

tbh, i couldnt agree more! It all depends on who is telling.
for example. Normally lumi is willing to look at everything and put time/effort in it. but now its burpi, its all a load of crap according to him. if burpi would say the world is round, lumi would say its square. just to disagree.

That is because me and burpi have a big history here and we just disagree on eachother on all points. I don't say automaticly the opposite what Burpi says, but from the points we've discussed I did it all the time just because my opinion was really different.
I can never be friends with this guy, that doesn't make me denying he is a good programming guy. He can make good websites and stuff.
But in this example I don't agree again next to the fact that Burpi doesn't have the right to do such things like this because he is corrupt as fuck. We are a community together and we should help eachother.
I admit I did wrong things here with the demobase admin times, Haapis and some she guys and Burpi were like very mad, maybe because I did things on the wrong way, but my intention was there.
Now this pretending he has a hack is also helping because now we see Taurine got the intention to buy it so his reputation goes down, but in my eyes it's on the wrong way. Backstabbing eachother, that's not my thing, maybe you agree with it to catch cheaters, fine for me..

This is also the reason why I don't agree with Burpi @ Juul. Screenshots can be editted, especially by a person who got a lot of experience with computers (Burpi in this case). That would also bring the next debate-point:
Can screenshots ever be valid as they can always be editted?
My answer: No, screenshots can never be a proof. That is my personal opinion once again, this system is used on a lot of forums I believe.
But it is the same for me if an admin spectates a suspicious player and may judge on his own whether a player is caught or not. How trustful is an admin's opinion to judge a 'cheater'?
In my eyes only computer-systems like Punkbuster is a valid system to catch cheaters, or some developed program that can view somebody has another program involved on his computer for games like Aimbot.
Because maybe if someone shoots a lucky shot or throwing a lucky nade, it can be seen as wallhack. A wrong judgement can lead to a ban for some months, which is crucial.
Conclusion: Burpi is not trustful, just mentioning it and not to start a flamewar, because me and Burpi can never face eachother as men anymore.
I'll leave it to the admins what they do to Taurine, but if you check our history I'd say no sanctions.
I can remember like msn logs also where people permitted actions like violations or bugs in war or like giving rconpassword away to other players wasn't punished as well meanwhile it can lead to catastrophal things.
If you play a cupwar someone with the rconpassword can also log in and fuck the whole cupwar up.
But because it was a simple msn log which could be editted and looked cheap the admins didn't feel or see it could be serious.
Besides it's not prooven Taurine used his hack. So if he might be banned, it shouldn't be for long.
