no, it's not possible, to have dynde see an invisible player, he would need that pk3 too.
only people with the pk3 would have invisible players
this is clearly just a random bug.. whats funny is you actually checked who killed you.. if i got killed and didn't know where it was from I would just keep playing... guess some people care too much

Dynde is right, this guy was invisible and it was through a .pk3 file, it happened in Swinerun a few times as well.
