For all the fps laggers out there i have a fix. this worked for me and it should work for many others with the same problem. be patient and wait until i finish h&s @ c4 server

reason i dont post it here cause it does not work for me anymore...all i did was, i went to task manger then changed sof2 to realtime priority under processes and changed other things like limewire to low priority, but shifty said its bad for some people so i dont post it here becasue of that reason also

yeah, go and buy a quadcore processor and put it into a computer which has uhmm lets say 128/256mb graphic card

sorry to say but ur frame rate will remain the same than before, graphic card is what u should improve before other parts (if it comes to sof now)

SOF2 doesn't eat much graphics card's memory. There is no difference in performance between 128MB vs 256MB of memory with the same type of card with maximum graphical settings on SOF2. The amount of graphics memory alone tells nothing about the card's performance.

This depends on if the processor is already the bottleneck. In most cases a better graphics card improves framerate but not always.

Nah. SoF2 doesn't even benefit from a graphics card upgrade. Other games will, SoF2 won't. Nor will any other ID Tech 3-engine games though.

I tried this on my server, I have ~500 FPS with 'com_maxFPS 0', with Dual Xeon and a 32 MB Geforce 2 card (no, not the new Geforce 200 cards hehe).
