logitech mice sucks. Take razer or steelseries.
OK. Since when does steelseries have good mice? Since NEVER. Pick Logitech/Razer/Microsoft/A4Tech. Go to a shop where they expose mice and just have fun with them (in a politically correct way).
As for Jesa's post, I've got the Comfort Curve 2000 myself, it was kinda weird at first cause some buttons are really big (spacebar) and the whole way you lay your hands on it is funny. It has a, what I call, 'small' Enter button, which might be a nuisance if you had a big one. Nevertheless, it's a pretty good keyboard, which also has a volume + - buttons and a mute button, which all are pretty useful. And lol, I just found out is has a calculator button on it also! : D Just click on it and it opens Windows Calculator.
As for the screen, you really should think about the limits of your budget - that's the main choice factor here.
