Hey guys i would to get the latest 2k3 server side mod, don't tell me to send a PM to max or send an email to Support@2k3servers.com because i already did that and they havent replied...Max if you are reading this please help me...I am willing to pay for it if that's what it takes to get it.

Yes, this is true. RPM was released under the GPL. However, I'm not sharing the source code of RPM 2k3 any time soon.

Only the creater of the mod can force 2k3 to give out the sourcecode, if he doesn't know about this (these parties using it for profit without him knowning) he can force them to stop and/or come up with a copyright claim (which is pretty high)
Its not allowed to use something released under GPL for commercial use and/or for profit without giving the adjusted content to the public.
So if you are able to get in touch with the creater, you can also get him on the other kiddo providers.
2k3 has put much efford in this tool, and they deserve credit for it, but i guess this is not the correct way to go i agree.

No not really, i3d isn't going to put efford in SOF2 since it's useless.
Someone is creating a mod at this moment, we're running some tests right now.. and for now it looks even better then 2k3 if you ask me.
Once it's released i will offer free servers with this mod.
