Lucio and Juan are oldskool defenders, same as Terry and Upson. In my honest opinion Lucio is as good as Terry and Juan is as good as Upson. They don't have the modern style of soccer, which Heitinga/Mathijssen have.
Their defending midfield players are way worse than the Dutch defending midfielders.
And yes, I do think Van Persie is better than Luis Fabiano, yes. He didn't prove himself yet in the WC2010, but Van Persie's time will come, as he proved to be the man in Arsenal.
Same for Van der Wiel compared to Maicon. Robben will be playing against either Bastos or ?Dani Alves?, lol.
And to finish with, we got Stekelenburg
Their best player, kaka, hasn't his normal condition, which he had in his Milantimes. I am a diehard Milan supporter and seen Kaka playing a lot of matches, but the way he is performing now is way under his normal level.
Though he still has some individual qualities to break through, with Fabiano/Robinho.
Brazil really needs a good day to defeat The Netherlands, since we've a better player on almost every position.

We can say the same about Kaká. And about Heitinga and Mathijssen a big LOL they really suck and u will see it against Brazil when they play against players like Fabiano and Robinho and not Bendtner or Vittek.

lol, i doubt u even watched them all. portugal - brazil was fuckin weak where noone overclassed anyone. 1st match again north korea was also weak. and camiel how can someone who's country isnt even playin the world cup be more subjective than someone who's country actually is playin in the world cup? haha

Sneijders alot better than kaka ATM (doesnt mean kaka is a noob now because hes still 1 of the best). Than they we have robben and van persie who are better than luis fabiano / robinho. van der wiel is better than maicon, but dani alves is better than bronckhorst. Lucio is too slow, when you put some pressure on him its a goodgame and than this Juan, enough said already. THey got a good keeper though, but we got STEKELENBURG #1.

No, he's doing just fine as a winger atm. You haven't rly shown that attacking style yet imo, you had control over the matches like analists say, nothing more, but maybe they step up their games. And yes, i'm a huge sneijder fan and yes they might be better as i said already, but haven't rly seen ur midfield passing the ball around quickly etc..
