I HATE THE CONSTANT SPAM OF RPM SOUNDS HOW DO I GET RID OF IT


i opened the pk3 and deleted the sound folder but i still hear it help!!!

Seriously though, there is currently no way to turn these off client side. Obviously they card be turned off server side.

Why does removing the sounds from your RPM pk3 file not work, what do you hear when you play a chat sound?

Well, you can just turn them off on your server. During competition mode they are turned off automatically as well, so that you're not disturbed by these sounds. Problem is that these sounds are played in the same way as other server sounds (i.e. heli sound, admin beeps) so it's not that easy to turn off the chat sounds. I guess this could be fixed in the next client side version, if that's ever created. I've added it to the suggestions list.

Where can we find a list of the sounds available?

It's pretty annoying starting from 1 to 4375938573 sounds in game...lol
