if valve doesnt fix it, community will make older demos playable 100%, and untill that moviemakers can use nonsteam version if they need to continue making whatever they are so badly.

also yesterday i was playing in public and my server list would disappear after the refresh, only my saved favorites were working. whats up with that?

lol if its really that bad they might undo it, like they did it with the 1.6 update when they "FIXED" silent running etc.

competitive scene on 1.6 is way bigger and theres alot of people that do support this update of source, so I dont think theyre planning on removing it.. no idea why they would like those achievements n all the other stolen ideas.
but most importantly the engine is way heavier than the old engine which causes a huge fps drop for single core users..
and as my team has 2 single core users, its pointless to continue with them lagging throughout the game

yeah that was the case with 1.6 update too, all the pub retards were "ok" with the update and competitive scene is still smaller than those pub heros no matter what game..but still they reversed the update in the end

yeah but the thing is when i say theres alot of people that do support the update, I also mean ALOT of competitive players.
this most likely being caused by interpolate being normal and the multicore support (which gives dual/tri/quad cores a hell of a fps gain lol).
