and hes not being honest now, what makes you think he's going to play legit? He says he was only busted twice, thats total bullshit. Just because netboss crashed the forums years ago and we'll never get those archives back, doesn't mean that shit didn't happen. We'd have PROOF of like 5 busts, plus 30-50 (not exaggerating) other times that he WOULD have been busted because he blatantly hacked, but he'd just refuse to send the demo.
you all assume that he won't cheat he'll be on fairplay, but your putting way too much faith in fairplay AND dio. Lets say wurzil decides he wants to fuck with lumi so he gives dio his hacked fairplay (your an idiot if you think wurzil couldn't do it) and then dio carrys team estonia against team nl in the nationscup final. But dio's had years of experience hacking, and anybody with a triple digit IQ can sufficiently hide a wallhack on record. He'd just blame every sketchy situation on logic, sound, luck.
Dio's been playing on fairplay for the time that he's back now, is mature ( not just by demobase standards ) and is generally a cool guy that deserves to play in cups if he wants to IMO.
