for public = user is considered faking after actively playing with a name for a certain amount of time or makes it obvious they are faking through text ( community decides if the time limit or score was enough to be considered faking)

for wars = user is faking when the person they are faking is not in the server/playing or if the person says they are not ok with them using their name

ipss/fpss and demo is required to bust
