the man who is holding the rod with the magnet has way less power to pull the car forward. + it's only an artwork lol

And then still it depends on how powerfull the magnet is...it could be so powerfull then your true...but it could be just enough for him to hold it!

The alien is holding the magnet at a set position in front of the boatmobile.
The boatvroom won't move forward because the magnet doesn't move towards or away from the magnet.
The only 2 forces relevant here are the 2 magnets. Seeing as these 2 forces cannot move the mobile forward alone there'd have to be another "force" present which in this case would be the alien. If the alien were in front of the mobile with the magnet, moving backwards and forwards the mobile would move, however as the alien is sitting still holding 1 magnet in place, the stallion will not move.
Do I win?

ye okay agreed, the car won't move if the magnet is too strong to hold it.

is that a robe? cause if its a robe then there is no way the car would move...the magnets would possible just attract eachother thats it!!
