firstly check the vid which (rocket?!, dunno) made of noobroom final highlights.
u see the sky?
its kinda blue/darkblue-grey.
someone knows how its done?

edit: or this 1 here,

check seconds 43-46... i mean the flame nades, no smoke, u just see the damage radius of nade.

no its not a mod.. just edit ur assets.pk3 (textures -> skies) and replace the normal skybox with some other one

i dont rly know about this one, the nades are supposed to look like that with full gfx, adjusting fx_nearcull makes the nades disappear but thats a cheat cmd

@fleim: i did it. extractet the asset.pk3 with winrar, went to textures->skies and edited the .jpg. after it i extractet the whole thing again in a winrar file and changed the end of file to .pk3.
but i got an error when i start the game, it shows me "Couldn't load sof2mp_default.cfg".
i editet those .jpg with paint and just painted them in a color ...lowl...

this would be a reason 2 use a semi mod ie just make a smal mod wth the edited texture and path 2 it and run the mod

The sky is just "modding", put a .pk3 file with textures/skies/sky.whateverextention it is in ur sof folder, doesn't work with FP, only for movie purposes, the nades = ctfupdate.pk3.. the black smoke can't really be removed, you can just tweak your config so it doesn't bother you. Black smoke is something to do with nvidia/ati, depends on your graphiccard.

i took my skies from full some other map..

u can do either that, use skies from another game/make ur own skies or put the skies some solid color(i.e green) and then replace the green with skies u want in ur editin software

cuz i cant find the file nowhere...
