There are no rules written down about windowcamping, barrelcamping or even cheating, those are common rules, flashnades SHOULDN'T be allowed because of course some geeks would spam them on purpose to do nothing but pissing off people.

Wrong again, BC and cheating are written down as demobaserules (count for publics aswell), only windowcamping aint a written down rule but it's generely accepted as being a disallowed thing, unlike flashing...
