Both of his parents are Macedonian(as far as I know), I don't get your 'half dutch' part since he never claimed he had dutch blood in him.

just for the record; katana already played for nl2 when he didnt even know any of the turks yet, he's played 2 secondairy cups with them, he had no interest in playing for turkey and even raged when u called him a turk back in the day: ''IM MACEDONIAN, NO TURK WTF''. Just thought id make this clear because everybody seems to make a new version of his situation.
As for turkey not playing turqua: it doesnt matter, last time they tried to fuck the cup over by stepping out of the cup too, yet no one cared and it made no difference, so if they feel like doing this again, be our guest turks!

These were rules we and math used last year
"Merged countries are allowed, if it's logical like North America or Spain+Portugal...
Merged countries allowed only if all of the merged countries can't come up with squad of thier own.
Players allowed to play for countries of thier orgin or country they live in at the moment (FP country).
Team Isreal, Team Hungary w/e no matter how good/bad they are, play in Nations Cup 1. No external judgement of a lineup."
Tho I haven't talked with Lumi yet about details.
But ye Ktn can't play for Turkey anyway
Ceto and Borno I'll talk with lumi and maybe other staff membs about it, i don't see a problem with it however.
Last NCUP we had a huge topic about this, and these were the rules made.

we didn't agree on anything saying that once you pick you can't change a team
like kenji played with pol3 in 2008 but with nl2 in 2009
borno tur2008 and be2 in 2009
As far as I'm concerned you can play for your country(were you live) or where are you from
so for Katana it's Netherlands or Macedonia
Dunno how other membs of the staff view it but if my memory serves me well
we never decided you have to pick last year for all time. But it would be gay to change
it every year so dunno.
