Welcome all to the moment we have been waiting for after some weeks already.
As mentioned in the earlier announcement, we have currently the following situation:
Demobase INF Nations Cup V
~ Premier League ~
Team Israel
Team Finland
Team North America
Team Poland
Team Germany
Team Belgium
Team Estonia
Team Turkey
Team Sweden
Team Netherlands
Total: 10 Nations-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
~ Second League ~ Team Finland #2 Team Netherlands #2 Team Netherlands #3 Team Netherlands #4 Team Poland #2 Team Poland #3 Team Belgium #2 Total: 7 Nations-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now we decided to use the following system since we got not an equal number of Nations in both Leagues:
~ Premier League ~ Group A: 5 Nations
Group B: 5 Nations
~ Second League ~ General Group: 7 Nations
As you can see, the
Premier League contains 2 Groups of either 5 Nations. The
Second League is one big Group. There are probably many more variations possible to make this a successful Cup, but we decided to use this system.
Some people proposed to use a system for the
Second League that Nations could qualify for the Premier League .But we realized that every Nation had already the chance to let their teams qualify for the Leagues, so we don't want to use this system.
Anyway, now the Seeds and Groups have to be made.
We decided for the
Premier League to have the Top 4 from last season to be in Seed #1 and the rest of the Nations in Seed #2.This results into:
Seed #1
Team Netherlands (Winner last season) Team Finland (Second place last season) Team Estonia (Third place last season) Team Belgium (Fourth place last season)Seed #2
Team Israel Team North America Team Poland Team Germany Team Turkey Team Sweden Now we place Seed #1 as the following:
#1 and #4 will be together in a Group.
#2 and #3 will be together in a Group.
As you can see we seperated the Top 4 from last season into the 2 different Groups.
This gives the following:
Group A
Team Netherlands Team Belgium Group B
Team Finland Team Estonia Seed #2 will just be seperated over both Groups.
We will do this randomly, you will see in the 'Groups-Topic' that will be created after this announcement.
The
Second League speaks for itself, no Seeds required. We are almost there!
The Groups will be made in a new topic as reason this topic is already filled with a lot of text.
So the new topic gives you a clear view of the whole situation!
Thanks for your time!
