Because Prestige died recently I kinda misscount the clans participating in my cup<_< So the problem is: I got 9 clans signed up and only 8 spots.. I was thinking about a match between the 2 most recently made clans (that would be eN and eG) playing for the last spot (just an idea) or we can have a poll about who can play or ..... help me out here,

Nonono, that's not cool, but why can't all 9 clans play?
Make 2 groups just on one group there will be 4 and other 5? :

I was thinking about going directly to the knock-out phase (like http://www.demobase....howtopic=12828) in stead of having a group phase since we only got 8 clans..

Oh, right but you can just draw lots who won't play 1st round and who goes right forward to the 2nd round

I forgot eG died and cameback when you left HaZe, so yes the 2 most recent made clans are eN & eG. I'll have a poll about this, we'll see what the rest thinks about it

I wanted 12 clans, so we could have 4 groups of 3 clans but since only 8(well 9 ) clans bothered to signup there won't be a group phase but a double match knock-out system.. And with 10 clans we can do... 2 groups of 4 and 2 clans remaining or 3 groups of 3 and 1 remaining

By that reasoning you shouldn't punish eN either because it was your fault you kept registration open when the cup was full.
