I talked to Freez, but he didn't take me serious so maybe this will help.

Germany got after this weekend one more week to play their 3 matches, otherwise it will lead to forfeit loses.

About the other matches:

Estonia vs Sweden
North America vs Poland
Finland vs North America
Turkey vs Israel

This will also count for you.
After this weekend, one more week.
Deadline: 12-12-2010
If matches are not played by then, it will be forced forfeit loses.

It may be harsh because:

Abu has no internet for North America
Gzuz has no internet for Germany
Israel and Turkey got communication problems and can't meet a date together

But you had enough time so far and I don't see (especially on Germany side) no activity in arranging.
You agreed to join this cup, so you could have prepared for this.
4on4 is allowed to play since some nations got technical issues.
