Mario, wtf are these graphics. I thought I had the lowest of the lowest, but it seems there a way to go even lower? How?

Edit:

I choose the lowest graphs in options, and I use the next commands afterwards:: r_picmip 4 & r_lodbias 4.

Its fleim cfg, but when i put maps in my folder the graphics got even lower. im like pshhh, tshhh, fshhh lol okai. dnno how all i know is i own.
