its a herpes!
slightly different than genitals area one, you get both off by medicines but mouth herpes wont come back, as genitals herpes is for life (even it can stay sleep and wont come back in rest of your lifetime)
if you got it, just get to hospital and you get meds, fix it and continue kissing

That's a different one since this one doesn't return. once you've had it, you won't get it back.
Had this when i was 12, it's pretty shitty. Though pretty much everyone will have had it around their 18th to 20th i believe

My brother has it, he was just tired all the time and had to stop work and sports for a month or so.. after that it got better altough he doesnt go out as much as he used to do.
I think he got it at the same time as when he got his girlfriend. You can transfer it easily, making out with someone else can do the trick. As far as I know it it diferent for each person how long and how often they witness any pain or inconvenience.
Its a very comon disease as far as i know.
