It's not down for me, just incredibly slow.. I also see just a few servers, apparently the console says 74 servers.

I refreshed my list, went away for few min and I could see them. I refreshed again and bam disappeared. ;<

Indeed. Refreshing and waiting ~30 secs would help. You sometimes have to refresh more often to get results at all:
