I'd like to point out that I was told on mumble and MSN in a convo with Abu and Xillax and I believe foxdie was in mumble at the time but doubt he had an opinion. They told me something along the lines of, we need you to make a post to bust deskie. So I said, ok, screens? and jaron sent me 2 screenshots on MSN. Then I made this post.

In any case, I stand by my thoughts of "testing hacks" as enough proof to bust a hacker. Otherwise i'll go to public and hack my ass off and just say I was testing them.

i wasnt in public....i wasnt playing against any1.... i was seeing if the hack was disabled....thats why i turned the hack in........why would i turn hacks in i wanted to use......that doesnt make sense.......

There's no denying that eventually you tried to submit the hack. Too bad it was already weeks after we had the hack & Jaron was already doing shit to stop it. Quit spraffing here how you are the one reason why Fairplay can stop the hack, acting like your some saviour to sof2. You had nothing to do with it, nothing you did has helped Fairplay. The only person you helped with this hack was yourself by selling it to dinks noob players.

I really dont understand how my topic got moved straight to busted without me even having a chance to defend myself. I turned the hack in now you want to complain about it and say i turned it in eventually when fact is i tried to give it to you on msn several times and you were always afk. scat finally put me in touch with luminaire who i sent it to. then i @fs myself twice just testing to see if youve updated fairplay so that i get autokicked or something if i turn on the trainer AND I GET BANNED FOR THIS?! makes sense that someone who turned in the hacks wants to know if its been updated yet.

3. Ive never been in suspected cheaters topic before now.
4. I turn in the hack trying to help out.

2. I didn't tell hi mto do anything, I just told him about what burp did once.

ross i understand where you're coming from but in all seriousness, this thread is about if he hacks or not. i highly doubt he made money and if he did he made about enough to almost buy 3 combo meals from mcdonalds (not supersized) -- im not positive because i have yet to read the demobase rules but i highly doubt theres anything in the rules about selling/giving away hacks, obviously ppl know its wrong and shouldnt do it but realistically, if its not written in the rules you cant legitimately bust him.

with regarding to if he hacks, he fs'd himself in 1 and the other 1 he says go hide...he doesnt look to be in a war and from what i read "you're allowed to test hacks" (fucking retarded, you shouldnt be) so by going by the rules in my opinion he shouldnt be busted

in all honesty i dont give a shit if deskie is banned or not but realistically i dont think he should be labeled as a cheater...i do however think he needs to get his head out of his ass and focus on actually playing the game instead of trying to go down in demobase history as a fairplay martyr

word, i swear i remember people saying "you were allowed to be in a private server, blah blah" and its ok, guess they're wrong...either way, you said public server, wasnt aware...oh well, no sweat off my back

deskie in all seriousness using hacks and saying you were testing them is like an athlete doing steroids and saying he was testing them for the good of the olympics, he was only trying to help, blah blah, think about it
