Fairplay CHANGELOG / TODO

In this topic I'll post all reported bugs in FP that needs to be fixed and suggestions for next versions aswell as the things ive actually changed per version. If you have any suggestions on what to add/update, POST IT HERE. This changelog will only contain changes since version 28.

- New @fs command
- New playercheck command -> now fp_status (can be bound to any key with normal sof2 bind - /bind p "fp_status" etc)
- Added fp_msglimit command for server admins to limit @fp usage
- Added fp_fsall command for server admins to allow players to fs everyone in the server with the command /fp_getfs all
- Added check for team icons cheat

Demo
Version 28
- Added fp_specview command for server admins to choose what view players spectate in

loving the first spec right now.... maybe force this to 1 all time ? It's nicer to spec, but clans will use third spec for advantages anyway. so lets force it to 1 ?

@malign its already a server command to force first spec

@nicla <333 he only made the 3rd show up he doesnt have it for first yet doubt he even thought about it since he was primarily focusing on demo

-make 1st show up in status on full (not demo) or take away 3rd from FULLS status
-some people are still having the first spec glitch where the health and icons disappear (malign) <---edit happens when your in first spec and fp crashes

probably fp crashed or he closed it himself. reconnect or vid_Rs should help but i dont know for sure

recon didnt work and he was on fp and his health and team icons were gone

spotted a little bug, dunno what caused this but no matter how many times i did the fp_status it never showed my guid :E

that bug is caused because when the mysql server dies half-way through your connecting to the server, it returns nothing for the guid so it appears as being blank.

Update about Fairplay crashes:
Tonight we are moving our mysql host to another webhost, and if that doesn't work we will probably install mysql onto our own server some time tomorrow.

Desperate for an fps fix. This jittering fps and dire hit reg is driving me craaaazy.

hey im having a problem with fp... every time i start it(as adminstor) it takes ages to load and then it just says ''Nothing...'' like fp is down... in error log i get this

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 109.169.73.68:20101
at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect(String hostname, Int32 port)

also once its up it crashes few minutes after.

your biggest problem with fp is posting in the wrong area
