This was originally C1 idea but since he never organized it after all, I thought it would be a good time now to try it
To spice things up I thought it would be good to make an EAST vs WEST to give it more of rivalry spirit rather than random mixteams.

rules are:

- select 5starters and 3reserves

- select max 4 players from one country

- select players from the list below

- 1st team votes count for 2points, reserve votes count for 1point;
8players with highest total will be selected all-stars, first 5 as starters and 3 remaining as reserves.
