All teams have until 17th April (Sunday) to play 4 matches (meaning you have a month to play every team in YOUR group).
First 4 go through each group into the playoffs (which start with 1/8 finals if anyone should be wondering).

Due to popular demand group phase matches will be played on 2 default maps - mp_jor1 and mp_shop2. The time limit will be 10 minutes per side meaning 40 minutes in total (might get longer in playoffs). Specific rules coming soon in another topic.
In playoffs each team can pick their own map.

It's not actually about eliminating just 1. It's also about getting your team the better playoff position.
I don't see how we could go into playoffs with 12 though. Explain your theory maybe?

With the playoff positions wage at the end of the groupstage is fine now, you didn't mention it earlier.

Personally i think it'd be fun to play more matches on maps as there's rarely any interest for map wars.

And well i thought it's obvious that the better position you get in the group the weaker opponent you get in the playoffs. That's how it usually works. As far as i know at least playoffs are never made randomly. It's usually like A1 vs D3 and A2 vs D4 or something like that

Elimination system sounds great...

I like the idea to eliminate only 1, coz it is more exciting that way + all teams have enaugh time to play own matches, which is just perfect.

yeah it's not a bad idea, but i just dont hope a lot of forfeits are coming up.

but with 12 u can do, 2x6 best 4 goes through or smg xD, but takes long too tho nvm !!]
