yes, I will prepare ros. for this, what's the big deal of having 1gb more on your hd, and launch it instead of sof2demo?

I understand why people are unsure of this, their arguments make sense tbh,
but I'm sure we can make this work! We have a great community and expanding it would be just awesome.

Demo clans can come to full with their rules and stuff, shotgun is easily modified, you can add nades and pistols etc. You would still be able to host your cups, and you'll get us to join them too. More clans, more players, more activity.

Recording works too, fairplay works... I don't think it's a bad idea.

looks like there are alot of demo players who are willing to try this and there are some dwarsliggers. but if you just go on with this plan with the people who like the idea rest will follow anyway.

besides it would give a skillboost to demo players tbh. as i think demo players usually do pretty good in full.

demo has been full since 06, we have everything full has... except for the movement (from wich I notice people don't like).
why "move" to full when u already have the option to play wars/cups in full through demobase, and I'm pretty sure the majority of the people already have full.


But I won't go any further with it since this has been said a few times before and the idea will fade away, like it should.

I don't like this idea, demo and full are different games.

I play demo for a reason, because we love the way it works, the movement, everything.. I get your point but if this would ever happen I'm more likely to quit gaming than moving to full and I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks this way.

I like these games seperated.

you all say movmeent is sooo much better in demo and I agree. However this 'betterness' it's a matter of getting used to also... realize that it's because you got used to it you like it more, mby in long run you change your mind.

some people dont think the movement is worth sacrificing this topic is way to premature and the whole vote is retarded because im not voting NO because it wont work im voting NO because I think its retarded

if you really want to do this you have to find out what the community wants with regards to glitching and movement/jumping as im sure its probably possible to actually recreate our game on full 100% + for this to happen RPM and other mods would have to make a DEMO gametype button/option as well

And some of the people that voted yes, don't even play demo. People from full shouldn't be allowed to vote; of course they would vote yes. They just pollute the vote.

if demo was to move to full and not be near 100% the same I wouldnt even play our version id start playing regular full style with 3rders or quit

moving the whole demo community to full is the way to save the SoF2 and not put it in 3 pieces (demo, full, gold).

1.00 is better than demo... only problem in Full is 3rd person INF, but if the whole communty will move to full, I bet there will be more first person action.

I remember the times when 1.00 wasn't 3rd person h&s... we can bring those good times back.
