Fill in the following fields:

- Clantag:
- Website: (not required)
- Logo: (not required)

Playername + [Fairplay GUID]

- Playername 1 ( C ) [7677r] (Put this ( C ) (behind the playername on the top so I can see who's the captain/wararranger)
- Playername 2 [5gr44]
- Playername 3 [9ujj2]

Etc.
