Well, I think 2 cups at the same time isn't that much of a problem. Most of the clans on sof2 scrim twice or more each day. So playing 2 arranged matches each week should be quite simple to do. Besides, the CTF cup has different clans with different leaders to make an arrangement.

And waiting 2 months with this cup before the CTF cup has ended is too much asked

PS: hasn't the CTF cup died already? I know some clans keep playing their matches, but I also know some have left the cup or just never played a match.

Once they played one match they can't play in other clans, doesn't matter if he played or not i think. Maybe raggy should answer that one.

Imo tell him to be quiet, if he won't put the game on pause and tell the captain to keep him calm else he will ruin it for the rest of the team. If he still won't listen ask someone else to adm or stop the game.

Once a player played a match with his first clan he signed up with then he will not be able to play for any other clans during the tournament.

If a player is registered with his first clan and after 2 weeks wants to switch to a new clan then this is only possible if this player has not played any match with his first clan he was in.

So make sure you're the only one with s-admin as a referee in the server.

I dont care if they asslick or talk in their native language. As long as the rules are being obeyed by this referee. Which means: Pause if asked or someone is afk (max. 5min). Give players 2 warnings before taking action with his admin (this has to be done in english ofcourse). And every other rule we've been using these last few years in the fairplay cups.

If each player from each clan just plays his game and shuts up with bitching and whining then there shouldn't be any problem at all.

nopes. 3 groups is impossible to do as you already state in your question.

Therefore you have to choose between 2 groups or 4 groups.
2 groups of 6 clans or 4 groups 3 clans.

In my own opinion I think 6 clans in 1 group are too much. 6 clans with 4 clans going through to do the knockout phase is just too long. It would mean you will have to wait 5 weeks before the quarter finals are starting.

So I choose to do 4 groups with 3 clans. This will only take 2 weeks. So 2 of the 3 clans will go to the quarter finals.

This is less fun for the weaker clans because it would be over in 2 weeks. But this is more entertaining for the stronger clans because matches are more important to win now.

In the elite cup we've done groups with 6 clans. It worked out fine but took very long before it became entertaining.

Just was asking, coz that could happen...what i said...3 groups of 4...with 2 best 3rd places pass also!

For me...its ok..if i get in the same group as No-escape!
