Q: What is XL DeathMatch Tournament?
A: It is a professional DM tournament organized by Slizer, hosted on Demobase.
Q: What version of SoF2 is this?
A: SoF2 v1.00 aka Full.
Q: What is required to participate?
A: FairPlay (you can get it here)
Q: How many players can enter?
A: 32 players (+10 subs who can sign up). The subs are not guaranteed a spot in the semifinals. This will be determined by the amount of main participants who enters the server before the match begins.
Q: Are there any prizes?
A: Not for now, but there can be later on.
Q: How often will these be hosted?
A: Once or twice per month. No specific dates.
Q: I don't know the server password, where can I find it?
A: Once you signed up and been added to the player list you will receive the server password via PM. For each new tournament there will be a new password, it won't be same as last time.
Q: If I signed up but can't come, what must I do?
A: You must notify me at least 1 hour before the match starts or you won't be welcomed to participate for the next tournament. However, you may enter the tournament after that. So, you'll be banned from 1 tournament. The reason for this is that I don't want anyone to sign up and then not showing up without a reason. Other players might want to take your spot.
Q: I was placed as a substitute, how and when do I know if I'm allowed to play?
A: 10 minutes before the match begins, you will be notified in a PM with the server password. If there are 15 players in the server and 3 subs, whoever is the fastest of these 3 subs to join the server will fill up the 16th spot.
