Please help, urgent problem.

The problem is, when i start SOF without Fairplay, when i refresh server list it laggs abit when start appearing the servers.. but when i refresh several times it takes normal...
When i run fp, i can't see servers or connect by ip... and if i try refresh or connect by ip.. my net stop working.. and i need reset my computer to use internet again.. i downloaded other sof from many sites.. i formated my computer several times.. idk what to do..
Btw my pc specs are:
Processor: AMD Athlonâ„¢ x64 Dual Core Processor 4800+
RAM: Kingston 2Gb DDR2 400Mhz
Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce 240GT 1Gb DDR3
DISK: 160Gb
Alimentation font: +750W
Operative system: Windows XP Professional: Service Pack 3

I've googled the error for you and it states that it has something to do with security parameters for users on Windows XP.
It seems you are not granted all rights for Fairplay I think, not sure though.

And try to follow these steps in 'Grant the user permissions to start the COM component'
I can't guarantee this will work neither no risks are on it, so try this only if you're willing to take that risk.
As Shifty or anyone else from the Fairplay team isn't responding here, this is my best advice but I'm not sure if it's the right one.
Otherwise you can google this error (DCOM Error 10016) and try to learn more information about it.
