Cause 1on1 with third is the lamest thing ever?
Whenever u shoot the opponent low he will just camp behind box and wait for you to come, since he dont wanna lose.
@ idan: I think u can make the cup twice as big. 32 players. 8x4 (i had 64 players, it'll work)

Well since there are more sign ups than I expected and some full players who can compete skill-wise I'll accept 24 players and make 4 groups of 6 players, The deadline will be extended too, I hope its not a problem for most of you guys to play 2more matches in the groupstage, after all I believe the outcome of quarter finals won't change either way but this way more players have a chance to try and you get to play more matches. Top 2 prevail from each group

Everything is on, Slizer is making the standings topic for me and he'll update it so we'll be able to know who are the top 2 guys in each group.

In the rules your saying if its alrdy 2-0 for one person the 3rd part doesnt need to be played.. Tho if the nr. 2/3/4 have the same amount of points for example.. How will you determine which one can proceed to the quaters? (i know this wont happen tho you'll never know)

true, if it were me i would make all positions count (east conf roof etc) and just add all points points made instead of win 2 set and its over, but this works too i guess, biatch the only way to fix that is either force everyone to play all positions even if you lost already so you can add points later on in case tie's happen, or even better imo let them play 1 more match to determine who goes trough to the next round

Well i dont know how dvz is thinking about it, just noticed it and perhaps he forgot about it thats why i mentioned it. To avoid a tie at the end the best thing is to play all parts tho do it really comes that far? Slight chance tho u'll never know. Just wait and lets see what idan says about it.

Well yeah this could happen. I had a knock-out system so dunno how this should be fixed

if a players wins he gets 3 points, draw 1 point, loss 0. i'll update the standings later and keep the sets as a side note to determine the top2 guys later in case there is a tie. if you draw during the group phase you dont have to rematch. if 2 guys at the end has the same points (victories) ill count the total sets that they've won
