You can't give ppl unsets when they are not registrated on db.
You can't do shit simple because hes no part of this commuty, so he doenst have to follow the rules.

When he comes here (and registrate) then he should follow the ''rulles'' and get punished when hes not following them.

so when a clan/team uses non db registered players in a cup by any chance they should then be disqualified

True clans that are not part of db should not pay any attention to demobase.

When they do sing up the should follow the rules when they are playing the cup.

So they are not disqualified because they are not active on db and don't know the rules DB makes.
Its just a forum/comminutie its not that every sof player has to follow there rules.

so untill i register here i can troll around and hack and cheat in common clanwars ? common, make some sense. if u wanna play in a db cup, you simply follow the rules. imo its either +1 or post the demo ( have it posted by a clan/teammember if the one has no intention to register here ). In this case its obvious tyat the guy didnt record so its +1. im not takin sides, just trying to be fair and have an objective POV
