Because if one team wants to play in an na server and the other in a european it makes sense to play one map in each as long as the servers are both acceptable

u should be happy u get to play euros in their servers, i dont know many competitive games where euros are playin americans online

I approach the matter mathematically... eN has 5 euros, SiK 3 euros...I agree. And in the same way people from Europe should appreciate that they can compete against people from North America. I hope that's what you meant, because it sounded like you were saying that europeans are superior.
Why should 80% of the people playing suffer for the 20%?

Yes I think that's not right, I don't understand why SiK would want to play there if they have 3 out of 5 european.
