Read the forum, I thought I already had seen the same error.

The SoF2 path may only contain ASCII characters I guess. Try to avoid any non-ASCII characters in the SoF2 path. For example, putting your SoF2 folder in C:\ directly will solve the problem.

ah he reinstalled his sof
and fp
then he putted back 1 by 1 the files like names binds maps
its working now so idk what was wrong...
