Becuz of all the 2pac talk. He's really not the best rapper (he's dead i know)
I grew up with his music cuz of my brothers/sisters, so its no hate. He just wanted to do something for his community and stash sum cash. Also he draw the image's in his raps (like biggy did) and that had something to do with skills. Also it hitted on the black people mostly because he spitted shit many people gone trhu to. He influenced very good.

But the best rapper have something to do with SKILLS like multi's punchiline's metephores flow etc not how many albums he sold.
