ayt as an american i think the best rapper of all time is 2pac. Its impossible to beat him lol. 2nd probally Biggie. New schoolers: Lil wayne is pretty good. Young buck and all them ppz with Young in the start are good. Eminem was good at his time. He needs to come out with a new cd now to become more popular. And Timbaland isnt a rapper neither is Usher. They R&b and hip hop artists. There is alot of good ppl out there cause some ppl come out with 1 or 2 raps that are amazing and rest of there shit sucks so thats why 2pac and biggie are the best and always will be.
