Easy. We'll just invite all top 10 players to play a for example a Sunday 21:00 CET. Most can. If they can't, we'll invite the people ranked #11 and descending

yea looks good, i think in the top 20 you can for sure have 10 players who can play on certain dates

#1 & #2 choose indd from the first ten (wich are online) if 2-3-4 players are needed he can call backup for the other 10 players (#rank 11 till #20)

Next stage, the top 2 players #1 and #2 pick between them, mixwar style and create their team
