I can be on at 11:00 at night which is like 8-10 am in europe idn time zones :S. Also can matches be in an american server to make it even?

Depends who I draw really, and to euros, if you have a 150 ping instead of a 50 that's fine isn't it cause us aussies will be 200+ in an american server anyway so you still have to upper advantage. Plus I have been mapmixing with euro's on 350 ping, I still run a solid 125 fps and sure time may be .5 a second out (which sometimes is a shitload) but you guys need to get the fuck over it and just take it on the chin and play one match at an above 100 ping. :L
