Not totaly true imo. He is still busted even though i don't have his IP adress. When you point it like that, you can also say that players with a dynamic IP adress are never busted. Because when you have there IP adress they will change it the other day. I know Fairplay saves every used IP adress from a player, but this guy doesn't even have FP so he can never be busted anyway (if he have dynamic IP). If I would have had his IP adress and I see him the next day with another IP adress how can I be sure then that it is the same person.
I guess I don't even have to bother reporting noobs like this anymore cause when they don't have fairplay there is nothing we can do about them.
One thing I know for sure is that he gets banned in 1fx server when a admin sees him.

Take his ip look it up wich fp he uses take his guide and post it
all clans use it,so if u dont like it,go play tetris.
clear the area before planting or go and kill him, problem solved? :|
