You have to prove it's not wallhack, not the other way around, because we see what we see and in my opinion it is a toggle wallhack. Ur 'dna' is on the scene and you have a shitty alibi, that's how I see it.
Unless you have a record of the specific war or you can prove it in one way or another you should be banned for this, people have been banned for way less evidence in the past.

If you know you are being suspected ALL over the place and people @FS you all the time, why don't you start recording? Recording is really not that difficult and this bullshit wouldn't be needed.

Full should set an example here and make it so you have to record every match you play like in every other competitive game.

it might've been a bug and that he really used custom minimizer... BUT on one FS he clearly shoots a shotgun when FS was made, so I don't believe it was minimizer.

Anyways, all custom minimizers should not be allowed from now on as there's fairplay built-in minimizer... and next time someone gets busted with something like this and blame everything on minimizer should get banned.

It can't be a minimize. He said that CTRL is crouch for him, which means the charactes has to be moving into crouching in these pictures, which it's not. So he basically busted himself saying that.

Lovely to see this discussion and flamewar, but lets try to keep to facts.
I'm the person who took the fairshots during a scrim which I was spectating.
As you all might know there is a sort of floodlimit set for taking fairshots, you have to wait like 3min I think between taking your next fairshot of the same guid. So that makes it even more of a 'coincidence' of fairshooting this exploit 2 times.

I'm curious to see what the 'experts' think of this, but so far most ppl made up their minds it seems.
I only see some former hackers defending Avita, with no arguments at all. just some more blabla.. and some flaming.. gj kids

While you're rushing into base and shooting at ppl, I have troubles imaging some1 pressing the ctrl+z combo to minimize.
If you would use this key-combo while playing you would continuesly minimize and not be able to play.. So any normal person would have changed his keys for playing immediately so this wouldn't happen again. Yet you say that you got this 'problem' for years... logic much?
Also on that other fairshot which is blacked out you're just running somewhere not doing much it seems, so kinda unlikely to believe you pressed the ctrl+z -combo there as well..

You say that the guy who is leaning and which you're shooting at isn't behind a wall.. well he is, only his head is leaning out and he is sitting in the inner door from base and you're at the outside door from base. Behind it you can see another person sitting behind the box inside the base.
Normally it would look kinda similar to this: same situation normally

I'm not directly saying saying this is WH, but it sure looks pretty dodgy to me and I think you or someone else should come with some better explanation then the one you're giving here. Its only a bit of blabla to me tbh.
I slightly remember Skull having same kinds of fairshots in the past, where he was 'testing' some stuff hmm...

Oh.. btw, taking fairshots of yourself a couple times to make the ones we are talking about 'dissapear' from sight at fairplay.ac is not helping much to cover your story.

and again.. I have the same minimizer and use ctrl to crouch and when I minimize I'm not able to run/lean/strafe/jump or what so ever, my caracter goes into a quick crouch and poeff.. I'm in windows, no blackscreens or anything weird.
Also I'd like to add that I banned him before for WH on 1 of our servers. This was like 1 or 1,5 week ago when fp was down for 1-2days. Him and lactos where both WH'ing in a 3v3, specced them almost 30min. Too bad I didn't record that, I just didn't think of it cuz I'm not fully used to recording on full yet. I know my voice ain't a solid proof offcourse, but I play this game for like 9years and I know where to look at or how to spot a WH'er.

Starting to look bad for you demian... first lying to us about being minimized while the fs was taken (when you're clearly in-action + fairshots are never taken if ur minimized, and this happened TWICE) and you have no demo to backup your defense.

And what are the odds of you accidentally minimizing 2 times being @fs'd? not to mention the fact that ur screens are not fully black, it shows your skin, enemies skin, objective (in this case a flag) and ur hud... thats more than odd all together
