I don't see why all of these people need admin.. it would be nice to have a solution though, give leaders of clans accesstokens (or access to every channel) so they can seek for wars, most of R-C's wars are organised over mumble, it's better than shoutbox imo

We (at least me) don't use it only for trolls in random channels, I need it for the Cups to create shoutcast channels in case other admins are not there.
Also many people are still asking us to get moved and if we had too many admins I wouldn't be asked that many times to move people around.
It's better to have more admins than less admins, there is always something with you guys.

If there is no admin in Demobase TDM there is also whine that there are too less admins and now there are too many lol.

Mumble is better imo


and many server companies do. that server restart isnt even big deal, in cs most servers go down(unless public) if empty for 5+ min or so to save resources. its nothing new and nothing to be surprised about

Only thing i understand is shoutcast related shit, why people need others to be moved around? theres no legit reason for it, if you want someone to join your channel you give them password - that's it. you dont troll, but some of previous admins did. not everyone are the same

the reason is because you cant message someone in a private channel unless you have the password so unless you can contact them on db/sof/msn which is annoying you have to sit there like a retard hoping your good enough buddies that they check mumble constantly and will jump at the sight of you

I thought people can decide themselves if they want to get pmed or not? i think ive pmed people in private channels while i couldnt do so to some others....might be wrong tho


tbh id swear ive tried to pm xillax in one channel and couldnt, then picked someone else to contact xillax for me @ the same channel and it worked..happened ages ago tho

And yes, only those companies would save resources who don't have enough available. If you have enough computer knowledge available, you either don't let useless processes spawn and if you do, you know how to clear them easily specially when they are cached. Companies usually fight on who has a better up-time instead of who restarts their server more imo.

matter of opinion, tho i find mumble sound quality much clearer and there's no delay and its easier to set up.

Wow relax, that was an old message from xillax and as you see it has been changed.
Server won't be down anymore for few minutes everyday at 5am, that has been changed.
